My looksmax arc just started
I'm fasting to get lean
I do cardio and lift weights
I'm on finasteride to save my hair

Also necessary. Vitamin D is more of a hormone than a vitamin, so you need sunlight to metabolize it. Take a shitton of Vitamin D3 (with Vitamin K2), and then go into the sun.

Less calories
Less sugar, oil, fat, and generally unhealthy fast or conserved food
More water, always have a bottle next to you, make sure you piss loudly, less alcohol
Shower or spend more time in water, we're almost entirely made of water, we can't live without it
Take vitamin d and get a bit but not too much sunlight, around 30-45 minutes in direct sunlight is more than enough, while anything under 15 minutes a day is unhealthy
Take care of your grooming, beard, haircut, nails, teeth, don't pick at your skin or lips, don't slouch, take care of your posture.
Get a fun physical hobby, go biking with friends, play footie or whatever sports is popular with friends weekly, go wallclimbing, swimming.
Beyond that lift weighs and get a coach or a gymrat friend to help, that's it.

just based on this sentence i would disregard everything you say, but unrionically zinc and magnesium is important, aswell as sunlight as it makes different metabolites than just D3 in supplement form

be very careful getting sunlight on your face, it sounds faggy but wearing a mask and sunscreen would be best. You will still get plenty of sunlight on your neck and arms
