I mean id go pretty insane to failure a lot, but i wanna say grease the groove is easiest if you have time to grow. Getting big asap often causes your progression to slow no matter the muscle except delts/arms you barely will ever need 2days rest unless youve worked yourself hardcore 5x5rms for 3 days a week for over a month plus arms in other shit so it never gets to really recover.

The hardest is for sure chest/delts as its hard to even get to where youve worked the muscle enough without having tendonitis.

More broadly speaking machine isolation exercises are the best for any sort of hypertrophy really as its really difficult to not do it with proper form and doesn't require you to have strong supporting muscles like your hamstrings when doing a pendlay row. There is no secret exercise btw so idk where tf you got this from. Just do 10 to 12 exercises per week for your back with exercises hitting your from different angles and using different grip widths and angles.
