i'm curious, what exercises do you do which you won't when you're older, and which are keepers for life?
personally, I don't think exercises which require a lot of balance like bulgarian split squads are sustainable into old age because of the risk of falling, but I currently do them

I'm talking about old people, like ~75+. Sure, there's outliers but generally you lose fast twitch muscle which decreases power output, making it harder to quickly recover and save yourself from falling + bones become more fragile so fractures become more likely too. It's better in my opinion to just change the exercise rather than trying to fight the inevitable

I've never seen an old person do a nordic curl. I'd love to still be able to do those in my 70s
