That's about 1k deficit every day.
If you're big enough (both being fat and just having an high tdee), you can do it, buy there's a risk of losing some muscle mass too, at those deficits.

i just watched youtube of 110 or 120kg female lifter losing weight to 60kg or less over the course of 4-5 years. she ended up having zero loose skin.
