Caffeine gives you an energy boost the first three times or so after you increased the dose, but it will fuck up your sleep more so you will need to continue to up the dose (for most people), and you, OP, are one of them.Just stop drinking it completely. Yes, the first two weeks will be hard, but after that you will realize how much better you are feeling and sleeping.
