>>76670710OP is a bit young for masters athletics (30/35 depending where she is) but joining a club is the right idea.19 is young and you have a few years to get good. Adeleke (pic) is a sprinter and WA genes tend to suggest sprinting as a good direction (that's using an extremely broad brush, so might not be you...) which will see you in the weights room getting strong.Don't get too heavy though as that ends up slowing you down.Good luck, sprinting is a blast.
