I just want to get lean. Just went from 205 to 198 (5'10) and just that was a huge difference in clothes fitting and girls being nicer to me and im still over 20% bf. Gotta get to 185 or even 175Drop that fat people
so to get lean you gotta be hungry, literally, eat first meal 12 and last meal 11 at night and in between you will be hungry and you will lose weight.
