I just want to get lean. Just went from 205 to 198 (5'10) and just that was a huge difference in clothes fitting and girls being nicer to me and im still over 20% bf. Gotta get to 185 or even 175

Getting to 20% BF (and let's be honest, fixing my wardrobe just a little) totally changed the trajectory of my life. I went from invisible to women to getting approached in bars. Ultimately snagged a fwb, realized she was out economically my league, and sank claws - now been married to her for 15 years and enjoying life in the upper echelon of society.

I lived in a trailer when I was a child, guys, and I'm pretty sure getting lean kept me from ultimately going back there as an adult.

this post/story resonates so much. getting lean and even just lifting/sprinting once a week can be the difference between success and failure in a completely different field. being lean is everything. changes your face and how society treats you. lifes cheat code is cutting, mew a little/chew gum, and maintain.

Being attractive is an automatic easy button for all aspects of your life, and being lean is the quickest, easiest, most universal way to ratchet yourself up the X/10 scale, no matter who you are.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not necessarily saying it's easy. But it’s easier to spend 6 months on a diet than it is to spend 3 years building muscle and then still have to spend 6 months on a diet.

For me the biggest difference in clothes made gaining some muscle. You need fat + muscle to have some mass to show in clothes
