You could probably just go for a walk burn more in the 30 minutes than you'd get in 8 hours with that thing. Alternatively walk pads are getting cheap these days power draw is like nothing something like 3 cents an hour.

Junk. Pedaling isn’t natural cuz there’s no wheel, the resistance is crap, and you have to macgyver some shit so you’re positioned properly and the thing isn’t sliding away from you with each pedaling movement. Better off jogging in place or getting a jump rope if you’re looking for cheap home cardio activities.
