Pedaling isn’t natural cuz there’s no wheel, the resistance is crap, and you have to macgyver some shit so you’re positioned properly and the thing isn’t sliding away from you with each pedaling movement. Better off jogging in place or getting a jump rope if you’re looking for cheap home cardio activities.
