what are your favorite 1 to 2 exercises to stick to? Are you sticking to them per program or do you still get 6 to 7 exercises in a week? Pavel's got minimalist programs like
Power to the People: deadlifts and military press
Simple and Sinister: swings and getups
Naked Warrior: one-armed pushup and pistol squat
