Trying again, I need help bros, I work from home I have a power rack, my mind tricks me into avoiding workouts or additional sets. Example

Sometimes separation is key. A gym membership for this reason is a good idea. You are away from your distractions and temptations (leave your phone at home or in your gym bag) and can solely focus on your workout. I have to do my emails and admin at a cafe because I do anything else but that at home.

Try the meme where you work out all day
Like set up a lift and then do 10-15 sets (be mindful of load because if not warmed up I'd reckon you gotta be a bit more careful) spread throughout the day, some people say it works for them
Iirc there was some strongman back in the day that just set up a bunch of deadlift stations around his farm so he could do lifts at any time of the day wherever he was

I've tried something like this with bench but never stick with it long enough to gauge results. Start at 225lbs and then knock off 10lbs each set until I hit the bar then go back up over the course of a day, I probably have the days I did it stored in fitnotes if I sort by volume, it was something retarded but I like the concept a lot, may try again
