Literally no idea what to do honestly, autistic picky eater, no friends or life so its harder. I tried fasting several times but I end up pissing loads and shitting water uncontrollably. I don't eat well at all and never have. In every video of me for the past 5 years, there's a layer of fat on me that makes me so angry to look at. My chin and stomach especially. Legs and arms are actually not fat at all so it's even more disproportionate. I am all fat and no muscle, the worst kind of fat.


So if someone can kindly point me in the right direction so I can actually get laid and not hate myself that'd be great.

If you're obese insulin resistant ameri: go on low carb (not keto).
If you're normal: go on low fat low sugar high carb.

Also read sticky + gym. Also brisk walk a lot if you have time (I assume nolife means you have lots of time). And don't eat carbs/fat before bed, just lean protein and veg.

Are you obese or just slightly overweight, you keep saying 14-15 pounds. Most obese have lost 50-100 pounds and regained multiple times. Anyway, if obese just take ozempic. Specifically get a prescription for zepbound or get tirzepatide peptides. You can find more info on the latter on forums about glp1. It will solve all your overeating issues and enable you to not regain as long as you stay on it. Add in some basic dumbbells or weight machines, you're golden. If you are a picky eater just make sure you stick to mainly the proteins you are willing to eat, a basic fruit, basic starches then add a couple of bites of the junk. If you're obese don't listen to anyone railing against glp1s, unless it's a physician saying it's medically contraindicated. Ozempic haters want to keep you fat or want you to suffer.
