I posted in the last thread, 70kg was my max bench (I only count max for 3-5 reps, not 1) and today I got up to 75 kg for 5 reps!!!All the benches were occupied, so I asked a dude if we interchange or whatever is the word and he was doing 60kg and I used that as a warm up and felt really light!My question is: is a 100kg bench press actually achievable before this year ends for me? This is my 9th week of training and I started with just the bar

In my opinion, a 25kg increase in just 3 months is way too much, you'll likely injure yourself. Try to add 1 kg each week, and if your performance takes a hit stay at that weight and work on adding reps, then start adding weight again

I’m a DYEL. I began noticing that my body aches worse and worse every year and I am having trouble standing straight or walking. Since around 2016 I have had pain in my upper back when walking that was caused by rapid weight loss affecting muscle. I’m 35 now. It does feel worse, and I am beginning to be terrified of getting sarcopenia. Should I be worried? Should I start taking this seriously? I don’t have a family or car, and I can get my groceries delivered to me. But I still feel scared.
I’m thinking of adding half an hour of zone 2 cardio after lifts, should I do it immediately or wait a certain amount of time before starting?

>>76675881Full body and volume do not mix. Full body is for noobs, or intermediates going all-in on a few lifts. Do a 4 day upper/lower split or some kind of 5 day split. Anything more than that is very hard on natties for recovery.

I believe he even has stents inside of stents at this point. He told me your heart is the best thing to have fucked up. All the best surgeons tend to focus on hearts.

i dont have any machines. do i just do more squats in place of leg press sets? thte routine im following already has stndard bb squat. or should i do lunges with dumbells instead of peg press sets?
Is getting down to 10% body fat even worth it? Seems like it’d be nice to do once just to see what it’s like, but not worth maintaining. You would be only a few pounds from losing it at all times. The self denial would be indefinite.I ask because I’m at 12% and know I could be beginning a lean bulk right now, but I’m curious what I’d look like at 10%.

I want to progress in calisthenics. Do handstands, back and front levers and the rest. My pullup maxes are 19 normal, weighted pullups 10x45 and 10x45 dips
