You don't know how it feels to activate the muscle you're trying to build, and your form will be ass unless you get some help.Taking this into account, if a twink started off with the right lifts, decent form, and decent diet, they'd be looking way better in 1 year. However, if they never used proper form and didn't know which exercises targeted which body group, you could be 5 years in and look like unbalanced ass. Granted, most people give up way before 5 years when they're doing it wrong because anyone who does something for 5 years and is that terrible at it would be a genuine insane person.

Then a bodybuilding program when LP runs out. Train hard!!!! This doesn't mean going to failure each and every time. but you gotta have that dawg in you, you gotta be amped. put 100% into each rep and the sets will look after themselves. Keep calories up. You must avoid stretches of just not eating enough. You will get fatter, but don't get FAT. If you can't make out your abs when you flex, it's start to think about reducing kcal intake and volume accordingly.
