I have great triceps but my bicep looks much worse compared to it. How do I fix that? I know it's not supposed to be literally equal because biceps is a much smaller muscle than literally 70% of my arm but it just looks... untrained compared to my triceps.
>>76676277Reverse curls. Most people make the mistake of just hitting the bicep itself harder and harder with diminishing returns but If you grow the brachialis and brachioradialis it'll make the anterior portion of your upper arms look more full

What kind of curls are you doing OP?Try EZ bar preacher curls or dumbbell curls with supination>>76676878Why not hammer curls instead?
>>76679044first bodyweight chin ups as a warm up and then>weighted pull ups>pulley row>dumbbell curls>preacher curls>reverse curlsit's supposed to be my pull day and these exercises seemed to work best for me
>>76676277Is that rick grimes
>>76676277Is that Sam bridges, he doesn't look yolked here
>>76676277Anon post a picture, guarantee you your whole body is a weakpoint and this line of questioning is useless
>>76676277If you post a pic of your arms it would help a lot bro, because it really dependsIt could be that you just have bad inserts/genetics, or it could just be that you're training like a retard (see how Jason Blaha does curls, that's what I mean by training like a retard). But we don't know without pics really. If the insert looks fine, and isn't fucked like pic related, then it's likely to do with how you're training
>>76678967>track your progress. lift with intentThis here is very important. A lot of guys will lift the same weight, same reps, same number of sets, and then wonder why their muscles are not growing
>>76677367>By making the muscles near the elbow look bigger?>Wtf do you mean? He's talking about the brachioradialis the meaty muscle of the forearm that sits close to the crook of the elbow. When you do a bicep flex it "fills in" some space in the bicep area and makes the appearance of a bigger arm overall.
