I have great triceps but my bicep looks much worse compared to it. How do I fix that? I know it's not supposed to be literally equal because biceps is a much smaller muscle than literally 70% of my arm but it just looks... untrained compared to my triceps.

Reverse curls. Most people make the mistake of just hitting the bicep itself harder and harder with diminishing returns but If you grow the brachialis and brachioradialis it'll make the anterior portion of your upper arms look more full

What kind of curls are you doing OP?
Try EZ bar preacher curls or dumbbell curls with supination

>>76676878
Why not hammer curls instead?
>>

first bodyweight chin ups as a warm up and then
>weighted pull ups
>pulley row
>dumbbell curls
>preacher curls
>reverse curls

it's supposed to be my pull day and these exercises seemed to work best for me

Anon post a picture, guarantee you your whole body is a weakpoint and this line of questioning is useless

If you post a pic of your arms it would help a lot bro, because it really depends

It could be that you just have bad inserts/genetics, or it could just be that you're training like a retard (see how Jason Blaha does curls, that's what I mean by training like a retard). But we don't know without pics really. If the insert looks fine, and isn't fucked like pic related, then it's likely to do with how you're training

>track your progress. lift with intent
This here is very important. A lot of guys will lift the same weight, same reps, same number of sets, and then wonder why their muscles are not growing

He's talking about the brachioradialis the meaty muscle of the forearm that sits close to the crook of the elbow. When you do a bicep flex it "fills in" some space in the bicep area and makes the appearance of a bigger arm overall.
