That’s the thing: if you go back and watch Mike’s videos from 5 years ago, it’s pretty much the same basic info anyone wanting to get fit or do bodybuilding needs to hear, just presented better. It’s been the last 2-3 years where he’s totally jumped the shark into clickbait bullshit and wacky, trendy le science-based training that gets disproven by next week’s new study, etc. Having said that, it’s clear he’s always been an insecure douche whose ego has consumed him.
