Red meat being bad is because of fryer/tons of oil and preservatives being high in typical red meat consumption. Using evoo on your steak also burns the oil, which is also not good for you and accelerates cancer growth and makes you unhealthy.

Grandma and grandpa lived up to the same ages. Grandma fed herself mostly on vegetables and grandma was the stereotypical guy that thought vegetables are for fags and ate meat and potatoes his hole life. Grandma was weaker and she had troubles keeping her muscle mass on good levels, her bloodworks were solid, but she was weak and sickly, she still had a bunch of strokes and grandpa, who lived a way more fucked up life, was injured on ever single bone and his bloodworks were more fucked up, but he was strong as fuck and in solid health condition (taking into consideration the accumulated injuries and damage). Considering that men have a shorter lifespan and grandpa spent his life doing reckless shit, grandpa mogged grandma by far. Kill yourself, OP.

all the pro beef propaganda spread on this website and other site originate from the beef industry's digital command center which is a JIDF tier shill farm, where trained and paid propagandists intervene on any negative information about cattle industry or beef.

> Flickering cable news shows speed across multiple large television screens along one wall, while several sets of watchful eyes glance over a series of computers scrolling through traditional and social media sites. The atmosphere is a combination of Times Square, a military operations room and the TV section at Target. This is the Digital Command Center, home of the Checkoff-funded Issues Management and Media Relations team at the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA).
>This team of savvy communications professionals works every single day to protect the consumer and marketing environment for beef. Charged with actively monitoring important conversations and issues threatening consumer confidence in beef, this team is the Beef Checkoff’s minute-by-minute watch dog for the beef industry, addressing myths that make people question beef and offer immediate fact-based responses to issues and trending topics.
>>
>>76678296
>An extremely sophisticated monitoring operation, the Digital Command Center serves as the hub for the beef industry’s media monitoring and response needs. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, the team utilizes the command center to actively monitor more than 200 beef-related topics ranging from dietary guidelines to sustainability claims, and from meat substitutes to animal welfare.
>“Our team meets every single morning to look at the news stories of the day that could potentially impact beef and determine if there is anything we need to do in response,” says Jenn Tilliss, NCBA’s executive director for the Issues Management and Media Relations team. “We also look at trends so we can plan accordingly with issues response and try to get ahead of situations.”
>The Digital Command Center is so refined in its technology that team members receive a notification when a topic hits a certain threshold, which could be the number of people it’s reached, the number of stories being circulated about a particular topic or other measures. This allows the team to react quickly, including outside of business hours.

Eggs are literally a superfood. Very useful as a part of a healthy diet and necessary for a healthy vegetarian diet. Far superior to synthetic pills in plastic bottles sold by kikes.

Beef is not bad for health or the environment. Bovines are the natural inhabitants of grasslands. It makes sense to raise them on grasslands rather than plowing them over to plant söybeans. It seems much more environmentally friendly to preserve the grassland and raise bovines on them as ruminants are necessary to the maintenance and long term health of grasslands than to plant söy.
>b-but muh methane
All carbon consumed by the cow comes from grass. That is carbon that was already in the environment. By definition, cows are at worst carbon neutral. They do not introduce any new carbon into the environment. When considering the positive effect their manure has on the soil, they are a net benefit for the environment.
>b-but da industry
Certainly the agricultural industries in general have many practices that lead to unnecessary run-off regardless of whether it is pig manure from a feedlot running into a stream or synthetic fertilizer and pesticide run-off into the river or seeping into the ground water. These problems are related to specific practices and not the animals themselves.
>>76678356
>m-muh dozen examples of nobodies with no political power
The fact of the matter is that jews that actually have political and economic power pay for vegan propaganda such as those who run agrochemical companies. Versus the not even a dozen examples of sensationalists who are just trying to sell books around a different sort of alternative diet. The fact of the matter is that animal products are necessary for human health in addition to fruits and vegetables for a complete nutrition profile. Your non-sense rebutted itself before you even started posting.

Beef and eggs in particular are not unhealthy. Especially when one does not eat in excess. Health problems typically come from sloth and gluttony rather than the fact someone had a steak for dinner or a few eggs for breakfast.

Nice theory, shame you don't have any actual evidence to back it up. It would require tons more land to actually grass finish beef with just our current population, not to mention the future. You would have to be completely braindead to believe beef isn't terrible for the environment.

>In order to produce the same quantity of beef as the present-day system, we find that a nationwide shift to exclusively grass-fed beef would require increasing the national cattle herd from 77 to 100 million cattle, an increase of 30%. We also find that the current pastureland grass resource can support only 27% of the current beef supply (27 million cattle), an amount 30% smaller than prior estimates.

Preagriculture human ate almost exclusively meat and hunt megafauna to extinction.

>>

>>
>>76683797
>Coprolite specimens reveal a few surprising things about the pre-agricultural human diets. First, data shows that there has been a distinct decline in prebiotic fiber intake since the advent of agriculture. And, it shows a high consumption of fibrous plant food, perhaps more than initially speculated.
>Well-preserved northern Chihuahuan Desert coprolites reveal that prehistoric populations relied heavily on plants in their diet for more than 10,000 years. In fact, an average of 150-225 grams/day of fiber was consumed, and conservative estimates suggest that the average male hunter-gather from the region consumed an average of 135 grams of inulin-type prebiotic fibers per day from plants
>The data obtained from the 20 coprolites examined from the excavation of Clyde’s Cavern suggest that the pre-agricultural humans that populated the area ate a high-fiber, plant-based diet. Of the 20 coprolites that were examined, only 3 samples contained any bone material, fur, or feathers
>Australian Aboriginals consumed an average of 80 grams of prebiotic fiber per day, despite having consumed a more animal-based diet

Red meat is undisputably slop.
There's so many varieties of egg, poultry, fish, milk products and plants to get protein from, red meat only gives you clogged arteries and cancer, and doesn't even taste that good.
>>
>>76679207
> It would require tons more land to actually grass finish beef with just our current population
We do not have to give food to India or Africa nor do we have to build housing to import them. Moreover, the United States is meeting its beef demand so far with the land already allocated to it. Meanwhile, we generate a large surplus of food anyways. Switching some land over from söy or corn production to range bison or cattle will change that food surplus to a food surplus.

Moreover, the Indian and African population is not "our population." White men do not have to sacrifice themselves for the rest of the world.
> the future
Growth is not a constant.
>You would have to be completely braindead to believe beef isn't terrible for the environment.
Because having bovines wander grasslands and lightly forested areas with forage like they have been doing for several millennia and simply just managing those herds and extracting meat from them is somehow bad for the environment. You take a pristine grassland and you make it more fertile with the cattle manure they leave behind after doing what they naturally do. Terrible for the environment indeed.

Maybe you should go eat a steak vegan. It's clear that you're suffering from B12 deficiency since you lack critical thinking skills. The entire anti-animal agriculture nonsense was always just an old British WW2 propaganda campaign with wrong calculations that don't account for any of the nuances related to water or land management. You're falling for old black propaganda.
>>76679215
12+ eggs per day was a bulking diet. Specifically his 36 egg per day diet. It was only ran for a few months and then you went on to a different diet according to his system. Nonetheless most of his diets involved 2 lbs of meat per day.
>>
>>76679945
There is a general lack of vitality in vegans. Moreover supplements are not equivalent to the nutrition you get from animals.
>protein
Is only one macro-nutrient that everyone seems to focus on without considering the reality that a large proportion of "plant protein" is just crude nitrogen that shows up when testing for nitrogen (one of the most common ways to test for protein). It's likely not even real protein.

sure, shill, but they still produce a lot of methane which is much more potent green house gas. so in total they are still significantly increasing global warming.

>Why do (((they))) want you to eat beef and eggs
(((They))) don't. Most popular nutrition "science" today is just vegan WEF propaganda. Actual science, like stable isotope analysis of human remains, comparative study of human digestive system, and studies on modern hunter-gatherer populations present a very strong case for homo sapiens being carnivorous animals.

Meat and organs have all of the nutrients you need. Eat them with seasonal fruits 80:20 and you'll be healthy. Maybe go for some dairy, sourdough bread, and honey from time to time. Never eat vegetables or any green leaves, they're full of toxins. Fiber is indigestible and inhibits your gut.
