I've had the flu for the past 4 days and I haven't touched any weights in a week2 questions:1) How much strength will I have lost over the past week of not lifting + sickness?2)how do I know when I'm well enough to lift again?
>>76677444MINIMAL STRENGTH LOST,IF YOU HAVE YOUR APPETITE BACK IS A GOOD SIGN,MAKE SURE YOU GET PLENTY OF LOST FLUIDS/VITS BACK INTO YOU
depends on how long you wait to start training. if you hop back in while you are still recovering lifts will be tanked. but overall you won't really lose any strength or muscle. I actually hit a PR one time about a week after I had the flu.
>>76677444>tfw every time I haven't worked out in 3-4 days, I'll start googling how much muscle mass I've lost to reassure myself I haven't completely lost it all
>>76677444Anon you should do sometimes a week of relax and no weight

>>76677444the tannins and phenols in walnut species bark do the thing the vaxx is supposed to train your body to do to SARS type viruses like cold, flu, and coof, but doesn't require the mRNA shot. Take 2 glasses of walnut bark and mint tea a day. Takes my time being sick down from a week to 3 days.
