>Do NOT purchase a gym membership unless you have at least 500k in the bank.
>Lift at home and take up a diet of chicken, rice and beans instead.

>some subdyel calisthenics fag who jacks off to taxi driver is pretending he has a homegym again.

>net worth of $3M

>barley use it these days because i’m always /roon/ing instead
It is what it is.

Im homegymmed because i fucking hate women.
>>

i dont like working out in my aparment and i dont have a big house to put a bunch of equipment in

i like to go to a large building with lots of different equipment, classes, and people to inspire me

i like to leave my house and do things with my life
>>
>>76677678
gym membership is one of the cheapest things in the world right now
>>
>>76678613
>i like to leave my house and do things with my life
you can start doing that when you are 80 and have 5 million in the bank
>>
>>76677678
I switched to home gym when my gym demanded bad I wear a mask back during covid. Retards.
>>
>>76678613
very cringe
you remind me of the meme about zoomers afraid of nature outside big city.
"i need other people to inspire me", you could just be honest and say "i want to be viewed as a normie and feel included, so i dont FOMO thing like going to the gym in 2025"
but who am i kidding, i also go to a private gym, but you see, its not open to the public, its for private member only and is based on a invite-only system
>>
Gym membership is actually insane value for money. Buying good gym equipment costs at least 1-3k Euro while gym membership is 250 a year and free showering too. Plus you need space for a decent home gym
>>
>>76678683
I actually think I save money on AC/heating by having a gym membership and going all the time.

>spend $1000 or more on decent home gym equipment that will be a total pain in the cock to move if you have to relocate some day
>or get a membership somewhere for $20 a month
Tough call, if you're retarded

A home gym, even a basic one, is a lot more expensive than a gym membership. You get a home gym for the convenience, not for the savings.
>>
>>76677678
There is a small amount of truth to that. Too many people put the cart before the horse and get a gym membership first then say "now I'm going to work out," but then never do. You're better off working out at home for a few months and developing the habit, then once you've outgrown your starter weights get a gym membership and use theirs. I did that many years ago and it worked out well.

You do save in the long run if you can handle the concept of money over time. It's more accurate to say that home gyms are not for poor people with no savings who are renting wherever they live.
>>
Don’t tell others what to do, fool.
>>
>>76678838
>You do save in the long run
Doubt it. When you have a home gym you're always getting new shit, especially if you aren't poor in the first place.
>>

I buy the bone in chicken thighs and use scissors to debone them, saves me a decent chunk of change.
>>
>>76678846
Is that an order?

Dave Ramsey has excellent advice for people who are bad with money.
If you actually for sure know what you are doing you can use a different system.

What if I’m working on having $500k in the bank? (I’m only 30, please cut me some slack).

a w2 or tax return doesnt show your bank balance

Not really unless you're a retard who can't plan ahead, buy low quality garbage, and treat it like garbage. Gym shit shouldn't break, the most likely to fail are adjustable dumbbells and cable/pulley systems, but good full metal dumbbells are very sturdy and cables are optional (I do not have or want them).

You saw 1 (ONE) reddit screencap on 4chan of a mentally ill troon and you extrapolated his/her/their/xer/xir's mental illness to every young person alive.
