which is harder a male benching 135 or a female benching 95
what about a male benching 185 or a female benching 135
>>
You know even after seeing so many pretty internet girls it never gets old seeing a pretty young white girl with big tits truly God must exist ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Harder being a female who just wants someone (chad) to listen.

who cares

DYEL

Both are harder for the female. Any man who isn't sick or dying should be able to bech 135lbs his first or second time under a bar. I would violently impregnate the women in your picture. 95lbs is more than most women encounter ever. Plap plap plap plap plap. 185lbs most men can hit after a few weeks/months of semi consistent training. 135 would be doable for women with some training but I'd wager even women who workout consistently don't bench 135 unless they focus on bench specifically. Now show me her feet please

can someone repost the OP gif?

ok, what do you think is the equivalent for women benching 95 and 135?
Would you say 95 = 155?
Or 135 = 225?

Unless it's just a freak giant of a woman, yeah that's probably a better comparison. I'm using my wife as my example in my mind. It would take 6 months for me to get her to put up 135. Think the same would apply for a fully untrained average man

she literally looks like a ghetto ass mulatto missing her weave

Most men can bench 135 on their first day and can hit 185 for a single within 2 months at most. Women can train for years and still struggle to bench 135.

I bench 115 for reps easily. Working on proper depth with 135 but it's a doable weight. 5'4 @165 . I like to view the male equivalent as benching 2pl8 just to make it an easy doubling (as with other upper body exercises)

every one of those weights is dyel

I bench 365 lil bro

I couldn't bench the bar when I started. It took me a couple weeks before i was able to. But last workout I did sets of 105lbs for 5 reps last so maybe I could do a rep of 135lb now. My short term goal is 135lb for reps.

that would be consistent with my experience so far.

t. skeleton man.

Both female
95 is like 185
1pl8 for most women is like 2+pl8 for men
2.5 pl8 woman bench is approaching world record levels

I'd argue you're an outlier on the other end of the extreme. My first time under a bar was in high school at 15-16 years old and if I didn't put up 135 then, it only took me a week or two. I saw teenagers put up 225 for reps in the span of a season, obviously outliers in their own right. Still stand by the average man can put up 135 relatively easy

You shouldn't bench all year, rest days are important

Yeah, I was a skeleton man (and still am, just a little less so now). I'd say 99% of untrained men would start out higher than I did (I have only met one other man who couldnt bench the bar), and a majority of untrained men would start out higher than I am now.
