My gym is about a 60 minute walking distance away from my house, is it fine to do this before my lifting session? I don't really feel fatigued and I enjoy walking but I know doing too much cardio before a workout can hinder my workout, thoughts? Should I just take the car? I also make sure I eat before I go
>>76679302If you enjoy it, it doesn't interfere with your lifting, and you've made it into a real routine, then keep it up.
If you canβt spend 2 hours a day walking to and from the gym what is even the point of being unemployed. Enjoy it bro
>>76679302Get a bike. Walking an hour to the gym is not ideal.
>>76679477Why not?
>>76679302jog it and you show up warm and ready
>too much cardio Lmao
>>76679473I do this employed :') work faggot
>>76680296>"because I have a life and want to play Sportcard Fantasy League Fuck My Phanny for a few hours too :("walk 3 hours if you want so that faggot can cry harder
>>76679302Any cardio before lifting fucks up your gains. Walking/running back home after it is good
>>76679302>walking>cardiolel, what is your heartrate like when you walk?
You are giving me idea, but my gym is 30 min walk and i'm always tired after lifting
>>76679302>Should I just take the car?Yeah less chances of getting mugged
>>76679302Walking has more benefits than doing actual cardio because they determined that length of training is > effort for metabolic stability.literally>the more hours a day you spend moving, the less likely you are to have a metabolic diseasegoing to the gym for a few minutes to train a few muscles ain't going to do shit for your health, almost everything positive you're getting is from the walking.at current knowledge walking 15k steps daily reduces all mortality death causes by half at all age groups.
>>76680347Actual cardio where you sweat and are fatigued after 20-30 mins sure dude, but not just walking
>>76679302Just bike, 20 minutes ride and great warm up
>>76680401That would be even more fatiguing than walking an hour at a moderate pace
>>76679302If anything it can help start metabolism and get your pwo meal working faster, i usually like to eat 2hr before lifting then some sugar before carbs and protein.
>>76680451no it wouldn't. a bike is more mechanically advantaged, you are using less energy
