I can only bench 190 lbs for 8 reps after 2 years of training, how long until I can bench 2pl8 for 8 reps?
i got 2 plate bench after about 5 months in my early 20's for 5x5 on a novice strength programfor some reason im in my late 30s now and cant do it anymore
