it's a fad trending downwards from lockdown, people started working out, it became a popular hashtag and now influencers make money of showing people gym stuff and retarded generation tik tok kids follow every trend.at least in my country I don't even see that many people working out anymore, and those who I do see they don't really work out, not intensive or heavy at all anyway
