I use these for weighted leg raises but wearing these while walking is dumb. if you want extra weight while walking/running then just get a rucking pack.

>>76681465you'll hit the ceiling where they're not challenging to use pretty quickly, and you can't increase the weight to make it harder without fucking up your ankles since your body isn't built to have 20+lb focused at that point. if you're trying to get the most out of walking, you can get a ruck backpack for cheap and carry way more weight without fucking up your ankles and knees.but you'll build more muscle and strength in less time with regular weight lifting. If you leg routine is good then adding weighted walks into the mix will be overkill and just slow down recovery time and hinder progress.

Bodybuilders don't care about that because their "competing" is flexing in front of a camera and they actually want more madd, so being sore isn't an issue for them. Whether or not an ice bath is useful depends entirely on what your end goal is.

Such as working out in cold weather will slow down the onset of fatigue allowing you to push yourself a little further. Worsening muscle recovery means performance loss during the physical activity. Unless you are talking about trying to get a pump in which case, again, you would have to do ice baths DURING the workout to get a bigger pump but at the same time you said it reduces inflammation which actually increases the pump so another wrong statement. Literally in every case, ice baths worsens results. Its only going to help during the workout/activity.
