However, at the same time, you're only a 20 year old girl once, and a lot of your value is tied to your weight (i don't care, but just being honest). If I were a girl I wouldn't want to waste ANY of my 20s as a fatty.My opinion is to get the shot asap and worry about it later. At 20 years old there's little you can do to your body that's bad so long as you follow the instruction booklet. You can order the shot grey market which should be a lot easier way to get around your parents. Use a credit card to pay because your life is going nowhere anyway without it.

If you can green beans and rice, eating the green beens one second before eating the rice is still much better than the other way around.4. do a short walk after eating anything5. walk for leisure.
