>>76682892You can just do traps every session to little deteiment to other lifts and cns fatigue. Vary angles/grip width/thumb/index/pinky also to hit specific fibers.
Carries and holds.Farmer carries will hammer the traps. I use DBs but you could use a trap bar or something. Using straps will take care of grip so the traps can work harder. Holds like deadlifts or RDLs will have a similar effect. Traps are meant to keep the shoulders in position. The weight pulls the shoulder down, so traps need to pull it back up.Even things like OHP could help with upper traps. They have to support the muscles lowering the bar down.
