I do a highly caffeinated pre-workout powder and smoke weed right before I go into the gym. It seems counter intuitive but I find weed helps me relax and focus on my form. It helps me feel what my muscles are doing a little better. I can better sense how they are responding to the exercises and if I should increase or decrease the weight, do less/more reps etc. It also lowers my blood pressure and improves circulation and it helps me ignore all the thots trying to tempt me into looking at their big round asses and voluptuous titties
