Any advice for lifting while trying to maintain a 3.5+ gpa in uni especially with balancing academics and fitness

Just do 3 good sets of bench every few days or 2x/wk asap in the gym then some aux, keep back/delts proportional, legs 1x1-2wk since upper volume/freq has to be lower and you dont have much food.

Sure here's some advice. Spend more time studying and lifting and less time on insta or scrolling or doing skibidi shitbowl or whatever the fuck. Be reasonable about drinking and don't binge. Get enough food and sleep. Lastly don't think with your dick all the time. If you're not a moron you'll be fine.

Just hit the gym for 45 minutes four times a week and don't obsess about it. Follow a program and make gains, but don't overtrain and don't let lifting become an obsession. Your time should be dedicated to your studies.

Full body every other day or another time efficient program. I'm also in college and I can maintain a 4.0 with a part time job and an ULR split.

Last month I got my BS
3.9 GPA
I worked out only 2 days a week to maintain.
Its too hard to focus on both, especially if you have a job that works you 12 hours a day
Your capstone will literally kill your free time so expect 1 semester with zero gym
>>
>>76683275
Why would you need more than an hour a day of exercise even while trying to make gainz?
>3.5+ gpa
Not that hard.

nobody cares about gpa in college, all they care is about thedegree and where you got it from

Every student know exactly what it takes to get a good grade. You always know day of exam if you will fail or not. But students want to act like they don't know how to do well in school when all it takes is to study the things you know you dont know.
Its like eating a meal knowing you dont have the money but being surprised when the bill comes and you have no money

>all they care is about thedegree and where you got it from
They care about your experience, the degree is just a flag to show employers you were at least smart enough to get one.

To do legs 2x/wk and not be disproportionate you need to gymrat upper body. One good session every/every other week after or between upper body, legs are easy to grow takes not much lifting iq.
>>
>>76683275
Lifting takes just 1 to 2 hours of your day. Study the rest of the time

Also because your liver can only give so much protein synthesis to whatever muscles are recovering. But you wanna have max total muscle although upper body is way more complicated to be advanced at.

You only need to commit 90 minutes a day nigga, and that’s including travel, prep, and wind down.

Lol students have more time to lift than anyone. I was in the best shape of my life with a high GPA.

Best advice is to go on “rate my professor” and avoid the ones who give out bad grades or too much work. Also use AI and other zoomer tools to learn and do work for you. You should be able to spend 5 hours at the gym a day if you want to. Ofc you shouldn’t need more than 1
