Anyone here into cooking? I want minimal ingredient dishes that I can meal prep and eat on a short break. Lunch is usually quiche, which is eggs, cream cheese, spinach, onion, salt and pepper, beaten together and baked, no need to heat back up. Dinner is usually slow cooked beef or chicken in a tomato base, which I eat for the week. I'm going on a cut soon though. I did ask /CK/ and they aren't interested in minimalist cooking.
>>76683449I'd like to cook your mom's vagina with the friction of my throbbing cock if you know what I mean.

>>76683449>Anyone here into cooking?Yeah I have to eat, don't I?Rice and beans is a good reliable staple.Lentil soupAny kind of meat with a baked potato and microwave steamed mixed vegs, etc.
I have a few recipes:This one is the protein master>turn on gas grill>add meat>sprinkle salt and pepperThis one is the jewish special>cut vegetables>cut meat>add seasoning to taste>spray olive oil>put in ovenThis is the vampire slayer>cut vegetables>cut A LOT of garlic>spray olive oil on pan>add vegetables when hot>crack an egg or 6 on top>if less than 4 eggs add a can of tunaThis is the fartmaxxer>fry onion and garlic until it starts turning yellow>add previously cooked meat from the any other two recipes>throw in a jar of precooked beans>add tomato sauce>bay leaf>add salt and dried peppermintThis is the lazy fucker>drain a jar of chickpeas>add some to bowl>add corn>add canned sliced mushrooms>can or two of tuna>if bulking add mayo>if cutting spray some olive oil and balsamic vinegar>a little bit of mustard>zero kcal hot sauce to taste>salt, oregano and black pepper>stirThis is the grandma's winter warmer (can be done at any season but winter is the best):>cut potatoes and beef into 2cm cubes>cut red bell pepper, onion, garlic and hot peppers>fry the vegetables and the meat a little bit>peel and cut as many potatoes as you want>add water>add potatoes>add tomato sauce>bay leaf>salt, oregano and dried pepper mint>let it slow cook for 3 hours
>>76683866Some more:The españolo (not appropriate for cuts)>cut mini baguette in two>cover each side with extra virgin olive oil>use a spoon to spread it until there is zero bread without olive oil>add jamon>add queso semicurado(Optional and might piss off a spaniard if he sees you doing it)>add some mustard in the middleThe mega salad>large bowl>cut tomatoes, cucumber and onion>add lettuce>add corn>add chickpeas>add tuna>add feta cheese>add olives>add boiled eggs>balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil>salt and oreganoThe potato>wash potato>put in boiling water>eat with salt, mayo, butter, whatever you fucking want it's a potatoThe creamy tasty prawn experience (also not appropriate for cuts)>cut a bunch of garlic>put in pan with olive oil>add spinach, the more the better>add frozen peeled prawns>add tomato paste>coconut milk>salt and pepper
>>76683449Breakfast is always just a whey/casein blended shake with a little pbfit and cinnamon for flavorDon't eat lunch but when I did, usually a turkey or ham wrap on half a lavash bread wrap. Meat, lettuce, some veggies if I feel like itDinner i almost always make bowls. Taco bowls(seasoned beef, onion, lettuce, cheese, maybe some salsa), fajita bowls(chicken, peppers and onions, a little rice sometimes), Philly bowls(shredded steak, cheese, peppers and onions), burger bowls(beef, bacon, cheese, eggs, avocado). You get the idea. Overall my entire days worth of eating can be less than ten different ingredients not including making a fucking shake>I'm going on a cut soon thoughBowls are perfect. Cuts out unnecessary bread/tortillas/etc. You can meal prep ahead for when morale and willpower are low, just reheat and eat. Plenty of variety if you're a little creative
>>76683866>turn on gas grillstopped reading there. you grill on charcoal. even hank agrees and he sells propane and propane accessories.
challenge anyone to get more minimal than thisbrekky oat+milk, overnight or microwaved. I usually just dump my coffee in there, no one has time for drinkinglunch: chicken or pork fried in a pan, don't even wash the pan afterwards becausedinner: eggs fried in the same pan, it absorbs all the leftover fats, oils, juices. Next day don't rinse but repeatanything else is just being fancy. I don't even own a full set of utensil or cookware
>>76683908>charcoal grill>get charcoal>pour it on the grill>add paper or whatever cancer inducing stuff these tablets are made of>wait until it's lit>stir it until it's even>no way to control temperature besides moving the meat>can't clean up right away after finishing because it's still burning>wind blows smoke in face>when charcoal finally turns to ash wind makes a mess all over the place>overall time to cook: +40 min>gas grill>turn on>put meat>control temperature for perfect texture>turn off grill>time to cook: 10-15minI obviously love the taste of charcoal grills, but the gas one is way more practical
>>76683926I always eat my oats cold and right after pouring the milk like any other cereal, am I missing something? Why everyone leaving it overnight or heating them up?
>>76683449the slop cooks the egg
>>76683990dunno, I'm probably just a faggot for preferring the texture, but will look into your method nowmaybe soaking/heat can help with digestion/sanitization?
>>76684014If you enjoy it keep doing it anon, I'm just lazy and I have always enjoyed the taste and texture of oats. Also it being slightly dry makes me feel like I am eating for nutrition instead of pleasure and sets the mood for the day
>>76683449>>76683449sandwich (infinite combos possible), steak, baked/sauteed salmon/fish, tuna or salmon poke (just diced cubes + gronion + sesame oil and onions sauce), sashimi, etc.but the simplest and most sustainable is steak, shabu shabu and air fried thin cuts of lean cut of beef (top round, bottom round, eye of round). could eat beef 4-5 times a day and add lousiana style boiled seafood (dungeness crab, colossal shrimp, lobster, clams, mussels) 3-4 times a week during cut.
>>76683463Stop speaking in riddles
>>76683449I usually alternate between chicken or beef pasta with some double cream, tomato sauce, mixed veg and parmesan, or fried rice with tons of onions sauce and veg. If I’m feeling fancy I’ll have a steak with roast potatoes.
>>76683866>spray olive oilcazzo what is this?
>>76683926This is some asmongoloid type shit
>>76684171This. You can also use a refillable spray bottle I guess but I don't trust chinese plastics and couldn't find a 100% glass and metal one
>>76683449Braise meats and make sauce/pasta rice with the resulting liquid.
I make myself a crunchwrap with 93 ground beef. I think it's been 3 months of eating these. >Ground beef with taco seasoning>1 Tostada shell>2 TBS of queso>Shredded lettuce>Low carb tortilla>Spray some avacado oil on the tortilla and toast top and bottom>Put diablo sauce on it to cultivate yang energy>Walla
>>76683449>Anyone here into cooking? I want minimal ingredient dishes that I can meal prep and eat on a short break. You'll need a 30qt pot, 3kg beans (your choice), 3kg ground beef, 1kg peppers of your choice (I recommend poblano), 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 3 cans of tomato paste, 3 boullion cubes, and a variety of seasonings. The steps are simple:>boil 3kg of beans in 30qt water for a few hours until soft (baking soda makes this faster/more consistent)>drain bean water>add water until ~3/4 full>add literally everything else (yes add seasoning)>stew overnightThat's it. It's a month worth of lunch.

>>76683449this one is quick and easy too.fry up 500g ground beef with an UNGODLY amount of freshly ground pepper, some olive oil and some saltwhen browned add cherry tomatoes and spinach, mix up, add some more olive oil and simmeropen up a bag of mozzarella and put the mozarella water in a small cooking pot, put a bag of gnocchi in there and add boiling water until the gnocchi is barely covered, add some saltliterally have it on the flame for like a minute, and it's done, drain it, and add the ground beef, tomato and spinach to the colander, keep stirring it really well while it drains out all the moisture from the tomato, spinach and beef, but try to preserve the aroma in the gnocchi, so keep stirring itput half of it in a bowl with the chopped mozzarella, rucola and some tzatzikiput the other half in the freezer and eat laterabout 75g protein and you can make it in 10 minutes, giving you another 75g protein serving the next day, all you need to do is defrost, add rucola, mozzarella and tzatziki

oatmeal in a million ways, hear me out, just add very little of the extras, so you don't go to /fat/oats, then:>cocoa powder/whey>cayenne chili!!>vanilla pudding/whey>vanilla aroma>lemons/oranges (chunks + incorporate the juice you get by cutting it)>lemon goes well with a red jam too>apples or plumes>cinnamon>rum aroma>strawberries, blueberries>red grapes>these go well with punch whey/pudding>just any jam really>coffee and your preferred additions>caramel cubesheres how i do it>500g of oats>couple scoops or 1 packet of pudding mix (not the main sugar source!)>milk until preferred smoothness, start low>if reheated, add more milk/water>CAN BE FROZEN TO MAKE ICE CREAMadd heavy cream if bulking, milk or milk/water 1:1 if cuttingthen again i run so i need giga carbs
>>76683449this one is BEYOND quick and easy, it's literally a hamburger, except you eat it as a pastafry up 300g ground beef with some pepper, salt and butterwhile frying make a mix of ketchup, white wine vinegar, black pepper powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powderwhen the beef is browned add that mix to it, simmer for about a minute, then add about as much macaroni to the pan as the beef you have, stir it up and let it simmer for about 30 secondsadd 2 cups of water to the pan and boil it fierce, keep stirring it so shit doesn't stick to the panmeanwhile, cut up some pickles, half a sweet onion, iceberg lettuce and some tomatowhen the water is 95% evaporated from the pan, add pickles, relish, 4-5 cheddar cheese slices and mayonnaise to the beef/macaroni, stir it up and let it simmer for a minute or twoput in a bowl and add the tomato, onion and iceberg lettuce nice and fresh
>>76687165sometimes I like to put it in a tray and add the cheddar cheese slices on top instad nf put it in the ovenyum
>>76683449I have kids and a company to run so i need even simpler dishes but also have some budget. One of my fav meals is some pre-cut smoked chicken breast (around 150gram for a pack) and a block of feta cheese (150gram). just throw it together and mess up the feta cheese a bit with a fork.Good stuff.Oh and banana's. Natures energy bar.
>>76683449Keema Matar. It's mostly just a different way to cook ground meat. I'll blend 1# beef and 1# turkey. Recipes online expect you to go nuts with spices etc, but it can be easy. >salt, pepper, curry powder, garam masala>chop 2 onions, start them browning>2 cans of rotel into the blender with all spices>tomato spice puree into the hot pan, mix with onions>ground meat into the pan on, stir that in until water is cooked out>add frozen peasIf you don't like Indian spices then you can do exactly this method with any flavor profile. Taco seasoning, Cajun, old bay, whatever. If I weren't married my entire diet would be different flavors and mixes of ground meat cooked this way.

>>76683449I tend to just not eat unless it's extremely convenient if I'm just cooking for myself so my go to is; Buy one of those $11 chicken breast packs from walmart, few bags of microwave spanish rice, shredded cheddar, light sour cream and hot sauce. Cook all the chicken at the start of the week and shred it, then portion 2 cups of shredded chicken into tuppaware. Then when I need to eat, just microwave the rice, microwave the chicken, mix, top with cheese, hot sauce and sour cream. Easy meal in less than 2 minutes. ~1000 cals. 100g protein.
