My grandma lived to 90 despite eating cheap garbage and being obese since her 40s.
Yes. It's a force of nature. It's foolish to pretend otherwise.
It's stress
That cheap garbage in her youth was healthier than todays organic food.
>>76684198She fried the cheapest shittiest sausages from lidl in sunflower oil and shit like that.
>>76684121Yes and no,My mom family lived long lives, 85-90, but she has terminal cancer at 59 due to smoking. Her father and mother both died before 60 due to alcoholism. Some shit will fuck you up no matter what
>>76684288>Some shit will fuck you up no matter whatThe extent depends on luck and genetics tho. A grandma of mine lived to 82 despite being a pack a day smoker her whole life. I bet she had COPD but afaik it was never diagnosed and she definitely never advanced to the point that she'd need to sleep with an oxygen tank or something like that.
>>76684121who are these two little boys? are they brothers?
>>76684937Huey and Lewie - one seems a bit anemic.
>>76684198sadly this is true. It's all luck based anyways
why do people care about living longer when life gets so shitty and unevenful after 50?you are not truly living you are just running away from death, you need to die when your kids get jobs so they inherit your house and raise new life, die at 60 like a man.
Unironically, you could describe it the same way that you could describe Calvinism in Christian thought. You're going to have a long lifespan if due to genetics, you're predisposed to enjoy doing the things that give you a longer lifespan, such as eating particular foods or being able to de-stress yourself.
>>76684121My grandma died at 77 and her while life she was morbidly obese, had diabetes, insane blood pressure, crazy sleep apnea, all manner of heart problems, multiple bouts of colon cancer. She meber stopped eating and never exercised. She outlived my thin grandpa who was very active and otherwise healthy until he wasnt. It made no sense. She had many heart attacks and scares throughout the years. Its just fucking random.
>>76684121Why does he look so weird?
>>76684121Who are these two new born baby boys?
>>76685896Knowing this board there's like a 50% chance that's a dude.
>>76685896cute butt, is it on a man?
a lol of it is, to what degree we don't know though. good gut bacteria like Bifidobacterium BB-12 is a strong longevity benefit and was found in the 117 year old woman recently whose biomarkers had her in at 92 years of age. low inflammation as well is a strong longevity predictor as well. get your markers checked and then make decisions.
>>76684196Anon is right.Decreasing stress in my life made me so much more healthy and look a lot younger.
>>76684121Mine is almost 80 and has been an alcoholic chainsmoker since her teens. She lost all her hair too.
>>76684121It can absolutely be significantly shortened by bad lifestyle factors but the the total lifespan a person can achieve is mostly hardcoded
>>76687602>Mine is almost 80 and has been an alcoholic chainsmoker since her teens. She lost all her hair too.
>>76687628Yeah that’s her irl, wretched fucking woman.
>>76687602is she leaving you something? mine gave me 2 options: 1) an expensive house or 2) a vault. said take it or leave it haha.
>>76687657Doubt it, she’s psychotic. Beat the fucking shit out of my mom and would lock her in her room. She’s got a nice house though, with a pool. If she croaked I wouldn’t mind taking it. It reeks like cigarettes of course though.
>>76684121I'm worried about having diabetes like my dad even though I lead a completelely different lifestyle than he did at my age but I drink a lot of water these days and think I felt sweet taste in my mouth this morning despite not eating since like 8pm last night
>>76684121Probably less processed food and shit that causes LDL buildup or cholesterol or whatever to accumulate. Healthy endocrine system, having good cardio without being 170+ for too long or other largely atrophy inducing lifestyle similar to stimulant abuse then again ghandi lived to 78 thats not exactly more than id expect to if i drank liquor and smoked casually until then. So probably what ik already doing for best gains plus getting cardio base high then biking/jogging every few days or weeks until you have to eat like an elderly person diet and not risk major cardiac events.
>>76687680Lol i drink 2ls of soda on hard lifting days since i get starving after a few sets. Youre probably just paranoid, developing type 2 diabetes entails you maybe eat shuttier than me and you arent always turning the sugar into glycogen, like im lifting 5 days a week and usually waiting for glycogen stores to replenish so it doesnt cause insulin resistence and shit unhealthily and cause malfunctioning kidneys or whatever. Maybe stop abusing girl drugs and tylenol/liquor pill head.
I have two grandparents alive at like 93 or 94 or something One smoked until his 70s and has had a pacemaker for 20 yearsHad a grandmother live to 100. Don't know what her health was likeOther grandfather died at 81 of cancerSeems like all you gotta do is not get cancer
>>76684937>>76685904still not funny
>>76685006Word.
>>76684121she lied about everythingher age. the fat suit, her diet...
>>76687737Rajesh please.
