Why can I, as an out of shape 21 year old can lift heavier after like 2 months than all the 50 years old at the gym with thicker arms than me?

I only go to the gym for the weird equipment, and even on freeweights at home rarely deload. Im at where itd take a solid month of recovery or more in reality to get to peak working weights but its stupid to move more weight if youre putting on less muscle, think of it like dropsetting from 275-185 on bench where 185 no longer does anything, another 20lbs while worked down that low allows you to work on it way more often and your actual peak 1rm is higher than if it was 30 actual lbs while weekly volume is low.

Strict and specific form is way different than moving weight if youre really trying to get neglected muscle fibers. Like you probably do an isometric hip thrust and front raise to curl or sway and transfer weight oh shoulders whereas say lowering and pushing head forward when doing strict makes light weight feel heavy.
