When I was 215 and at the peak of my bulk

I spent 5 years bouncing between 18 and 20% bf because I overate. Got a job I enjoyed more and got rid of a nagging bitch long term girlfriend, dropped to 12% bf in like 8 weeks. your bench weight don't matter. i'm talking about bodybuilding, not strength training. make sure you add some sort of cable chest press machines to your incline bench (find a machine that converges decline and something like the hammer strength incline mts) in addition to cable fly and pec dec.

as for arms, drop the weight, make sure you have full control of the tension. make sure you are hitting all 3 aspects of your tris: overhead, straight down, and side in addition to dip and close grip smith. nobody has bad arm genetics. arms are the easiest but ppl don't know how to train properly. the problem is the tris. biceps are so ez i don't even need to mention how. even dog brain can do curls, but do think of ur tempo and eccentric.
