It literally depends on your size you fucking moron. If you're 20 years old and weigh 130 then no it's not sufficient. If you are near your max already then yes. But you're not going to fucking get fat if you are skinny and just starting off because you 'bulked too hard.' That does not happen, if you lift right and everything.

You have to know good recipes to make this shit palatable after a while but without desserts and shit its possible to bulk but im pretty sure 0 candy/sugar is not so beneficial, buy on sale meat and freeze it this is the bare minimum to not start getting unhealthy/weak.
