Nobody is demoralizing natties except other natties.
>>
let he guess

A) he only uses machines and has no strength on free weight lifts

B) he does free weight lifts but he is weak and didnt make any effort to progress his lifts and still has novice lifts

C) he has never track his calories & protein intake and thus has never been in a calorie surplus to gain muscle, and hasn't had positive nitrogen balance (ie: enough protein) to actually gain muscle

I don't get posts like these, he'd know better than anyone else how hard he worked and dialled in his diet throughout those years. So he knows that he's lying, is he really just trying to demoralise fatties who believe him, what the hell does he get out that
Does his page lead to him selling plans in which case I'd at least understand the angle here
>>

>Normies when they dont know that you build a good natty physique with sports and not just gym sessions.
No bicep curls or dips will compensate daily full body sport activities It's like replacing real good with multivitamin supplements.
>>
>>76690375
>muh daily full body sport activities

You have never lifted a day in your life

You have never played sports a day in your life

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about

Lifting weights will give you a better visually athletic physique than any sport

You're just a fat random dumb cunt who makes assumptions based on looking at athletes, who make all of their gains in the fucking weight room
>>
>>76690381
this. anyone who has ever practiced sports competitively knows that the gym sessions build muscle much more effectively. there isn't a single professional athlete who doesn't spend multiple hours every week in the weight room
>>
>>76690358
It's a new trend in response to the uber roided fitness influencers. Think of it like HAES and beauty at every size but for mediocre gymbros. Under the guise of virtue signaling in favor of realistic expectations on natural physiques, they parade their medocre builds to gain clout. It's all performative garbage, like everything on social media.
>>
>>76690308
How is he demoralizing? He's telling the truth. I've been lifting for 2 years, and I still look like a dyel.
>>

>Nobody is demoralizing natties except supplement/roid shills.

I dunno how you wouldn't get demoralized after 6 months doing a 4 or 5 day a week regimen and looking that shitty.
Maybe his apartment building has a gym with some machines that he hits for 30 minutes when he gets back from work or something.
>>
>>76690308
All you need to do to build natty muscles is go carnivore and raise your cholesterol to produce test. You'll go big in a year with 2-3 days of gym a week.
>>
>>76690308
Bad genetics
>>
Fitness, bodybuilding, weight loss, it's all "90% diet and 10% training" "abs are made in the kitchen". Why do normies think they can eat like an asshole and the gym will solve their problems? Haven't they seen powerlifters?
>>
>>76690308
>goes to the gym for the pump
>doesn't push himself
>doesn't diet
>>76690326
Machines if using progressive overload will make you stronger on free weight lifts. There's nothing magical about a barbell.
>>
>>76691208
Enjoy your fake muscles idiot, tell us how you can "press" 225. Idiot. Fuck you don't reply to my posts without permission.
>>
>>76690326
>but he is weak and didnt make any effort to progress his lifts and still has novice lifts
This applies to A). For some reason no one ever takes machines seriously enough. Especially the people who have a hate boner for them.
>>76691220
>Muh fake muscles
You have no right to call him an idiot, funktional bro. Resistance/progressive overload can be done with machines AND free weights.
>>
>>76690326
>A) he only uses machines and has no strength on free weight lifts
/fit/ really doesn't lift at all
>>
>>76690308

people will talk shit about this guy but put on some bf%, have no pump, don't flex/pose, have no good lighting, and all of you will look like this. Even if you take steroids you don't look good in every single moment of time. I think the people claiming this as "bait" or "fake" are in for a very rude awakening.

This guy actually has a decent physique, he just needs to cut. I went from pretty him to pic related in like a year by just losing fat

Yep seems right to me. I look just like this guy and my SBD are 415 / 340 / 490
>>
>>76690326
D) Has never really pushed himself hard or challenged himself with heavy weights, staying within the range of 'easy to moderate' weight
>>
>>76690308
no m8 everyone demoralizes me. life itself demoralizes me.
>>
>>76690358
As weird as it seems to you, it's supposed to be positive and reinforcing. The idea is combating unrealistic expectations, people usually post shit like 6 month "natty" transformations that are super impressive, so when your average retard, without a pump, without abusing angles, without roids, fails to get those results, they get discouraged.
However, for anyone with a half decent brain, this is the opposite, you go "fuuuuck, all this work for THIS results? im out"
>>
>>76690308
you mean dyels
>>
>>76691985
If his intention was positive reinforcement relative to the uber roids transformations, you'd think he wouldn't put such an absurd time like 3 whole bloody years for that physique, even 1 year or 15 months would be understandable.
But the 3 years makes me think it really was meant to demoralise or at least satirise the transformation trends
>>
>>76692016
I think that positive reinforcement was his conscious intention, his unconscious cope is trying to convince himself and others that his results are standard, normal, and nothing to be ashamed of, like a 2incher guy saying this is what a real cock look like, not unrealistic porn with angles, drugs and surgeries.
>>
>>76690308
his workouts are trash, simple as
>>
>>76690308
Ah yes, the classic "I don't lift to failure" aka "science-based lifter" physique. He got out what he put in.
>>
>>76690326
He would look fine if he lost the fat. You don’t need to be some roided out monster who dies in their 40s. Some light muscle is best for health and aesthetics, unless you’re trying to impress a subcategory of gay men maybe.
>>
>>76691208
The magic isn't the barbell, it's the stabilizing muscles with any kind of free weight.
