what's your height/weight?there's definite improvement there but it looks like 3 years of 6 months lifting each year. and then I guess some change leftover in the 4th.if your consistently taking breaks off you spend a couple months just getting back to where you were.I think you could get about 70-80% bigger naturally. but your intensity/consistency is going to need to increase.
