No roids. Just always been interested in strength since I was a little boy. I think I started benchpress when I was around 13-14 (and various upper body). When I was in my early twenties I started squatting and deadlifting, so I gotta pump those numbers up. I don't think I can improve bench much more. As I always say; consistency is key. Never stop, but never less than twice a month. This shit has worked for me.
