>>76695902No roids. Just always been interested in strength since I was a little boy. I think I started benchpress when I was around 13-14 (and various upper body). When I was in my early twenties I started squatting and deadlifting, so I gotta pump those numbers up. I don't think I can improve bench much more. As I always say; consistency is key. Never stop, but never less than twice a month. This shit has worked for me.
>>76695951>8 years for thiskek

>>76693429Benching 100kg for a single is achievable within 6-12 months for a non crippled man that has undergone puberty. Maybe not if your starting point is 25 years of age with absolutely zero experience in any physical activity of any kind, you can still get there you just need to build the foundation most people get for free as kids and teenagers
>>76692776Update: Bench went up to 76kg this session
>>76697831You're doing great for how little time you've been lifting brah. I literally know people 5 years in lifting the same as you, people who aren't locked in. Keep up the good work. You'll be benching 100kg in no time
