Cico is a scam, how come I eat maybe 2200 calories average this week while buring 3100 and still didn't lose any weight?

It is not a scam, but it’s not linear nor strictly accurate.
First it might be all your numbers are average. Second, it might be your kcal assumed intake is wrong. Third, it might be how (the device) you’re measuring the kcal consumption.
And then, perhaps the most important, your metabolism is not right. T3 and T4, cortisol, ADH levels,….they all play a fundamental role here. Are you taking medication?
Anyways, keep going and eventually you’ll see results. But check your macros ALWAYS otherwise you’ll end being a weak faggot.

How'd you come up with that 2100 in and figure that 3100 out?

I use a garmin forerunner that stays in my wrist 24/7. It's not high end but should be accurate enough.
Yesterday for example this is what I ate all day.
>10am: 1 whole wheat croissant, 2 small pain au lait, 1 small banana, 280ml high protein yogurt drink
>12pm: 1 pain au lait, 2 chocolate cookies
>8:30pm: 400g steak, 2 eggs, 150g of rice with beans and shredded carrots
>10pm: 150g of red grapes

>1 whole wheat croissant, 2 small pain au lait,
It's because you're prone to surrender.

>How'd you come up with that 2100
It was a loose estimation but according to AI it's actually closer to 2400 calories.

Southern Italians larping as nazis are so funny
>>
>>76691318
The important word was "estimated." OP isn't measuring shit and has no idea what he's actually eating or expending. His numbers aren't realn so don't quote them.

>10am: tons of carbs, spiking blood sugar and then insulin which tells fat cells to hoover up the blood sugar
>12pm: tons of carbs, same effect
>8:30pm: actually decent meal, but so late that you'll still be digesting it when you go to sleep after which you'll use minimal energy until you wake up -> all of the excess energy from digestion has to get stored as fat
>10pm: tons of sugars, both above effects
learn about these basic hormones. You can eat all this same stuff but lose more weight simply by changing the order and timing of your meals. Functionally this would be a change to CO - the calories aren't leaving your body if insulin is telling your cells to store it in your body.
