Can walking up big fucking hills replace leg day?I'm planning to walk up big fucking hills every weekend this autumn. I used to do it but stopped because I didn't want to overtrain and was tired from lifting weights in the gymIf I work out my other muscle groups over 2/3 sessions in the week I should have enough in the tank for walking up big fucking hills on a Saturday, will this be sufficient?
