try to fully quit nic m8. Coffee is actually good for testosterone (just the antioxidants I think) and also has some mild viagra like effect (PDE inhibitor). Nicotine gives you such vasoconstriction that for me at least (combined witg adhd meds though) it made maintaining an erection really difficult. Also cold hands give the ick

Nofap, very good, libido= testosterone so do anything you can to increass that shit, no i dont care that correlation doesnt imply causation when libido is literally made of only 2 chemicals, testosterone and dopamine.
Lifting 4 times a week yes, lifting increases testosterone, eat as much as you can long as it's something healthy.
As for creatine and 10k steps, yeah those are also good but i would go for 20k steps even just to build up that extra energy.
And the real secret is drinking raw onions in a blender, and drinking raw eggs, at least 6. These 2 are the most difficult to do, you need a looot of willpower to not puke them out.

Well, yeah, from a clinic. Unless of course youre in medical need to having low T. Theyll test your blood. I was 390 natty at 47. Not too bad, really. Now Im at 1250, which is pretty fucking high for not being on a cycle...I may back down a bit. You can always get your own T I guess...but at 19, your T should be crankin'.
