So Ive been tracking my calorie intake, but I cant seem to stay in calorie deficit

I need to eat below 2000 calories a day to lose fat, but i feel hungry all day trying to do this

What gives?

Im eating healthy food that is meant to be filling, but it just isnt.

I think this is more of a mental thing, now that I know my intake and I know im restricting it, it feels like my body wants to do the opposite

for me being in a deficit is only difficult for like 4 days, after that my body just stops asking for food for some reason and it becomes really easy.
there are foods which are more satiating than others, obviously rice and meat (red, poultry, all of it) are the best in my opinion and if I'm craving cookies or something with tons of sugar I just eat a couple bananas/grapes.

Try balsamic chicken with tomatoes/evoo/lemon/balsamic vinegar/salt.

Just enough fats, protein throughout carbs same and exercise before bed so you dont go to bed hungry.

lol, so you're eating pure garbage and clearly lie about just eating 2k kcal a day. The pic alone has 1000+ kcal of pure garbage, shitty carbs, tons of sugar and zero protein. What exactly do you expect? Either a) keep eating pure garbage, stay hungry and achieve nothing or b) eat balanced (80% clean, 20% garbage), fit your makros aka. proteins, fat, carbs and make progress

I'm doing 10km of cardio a day (steps) and it heavily surpresses my hunger. I dunno what you are doing desu...

well homie g you need your weight in protein and you need at the very least 60 grams of fat so its pretty usually recommended not to go below 2000 as you'll be wanting to also workout to avoid muscle atrophy. Takes about 5 minutes to figure out a base diet for this idk somethin like this. I try to get 80 grams of fat cause im a lil fatty

I’m always recommending balsamic marinated chicken to people on this board, it’s so great because you can leave it in the marinade for multiple days without the acidity breaking it down and just fire a couple pieces when you need to.
Maybe it’s because I have ADHD but that’s such a fucking lifesaver for me.
