So Ive been tracking my calorie intake, but I cant seem to stay in calorie deficitI need to eat below 2000 calories a day to lose fat, but i feel hungry all day trying to do thisWhat gives?Im eating healthy food that is meant to be filling, but it just isnt.I think this is more of a mental thing, now that I know my intake and I know im restricting it, it feels like my body wants to do the opposite
With time you start to crave less. You should also eat more satiating foods.
>>76699577for me being in a deficit is only difficult for like 4 days, after that my body just stops asking for food for some reason and it becomes really easy.there are foods which are more satiating than others, obviously rice and meat (red, poultry, all of it) are the best in my opinion and if I'm craving cookies or something with tons of sugar I just eat a couple bananas/grapes.

well homie g you need your weight in protein and you need at the very least 60 grams of fat so its pretty usually recommended not to go below 2000 as you'll be wanting to also workout to avoid muscle atrophy. Takes about 5 minutes to figure out a base diet for this idk somethin like this. I try to get 80 grams of fat cause im a lil fatty
