I think I overdid bulking. I focused too much on chasing numbers, which has been a blast, to be honest... But I've become fat.

Will I become much weaker if I cut?

Many people maintain muscle on a cut just dont cut too aggressively and keep lifting, and just because the muscles you see after a cut are less than what you think doesnt mean you lost muscle during the cut, unless ofcourse it's too aggressive, so just do a defecit of 500, maybe even 750 depending on how much you have to lose, do some walking and keep lifting

Will do that. I think I will begin by switching from full fat milk to low fat, that should shave around 400 calories/day.

To be honest I haven't counted calories, I've just eaten a lot until I felt satiated, over the past year. Only today I realized I've actually become fat. I'm very close to 2pl8 bench too, so, I still want to reach that first

You'll be fine biggest losses are in work capacity and recovery.

You just cut volume a lot and maintain weight/intensity on everything. You'll probably even see strength go up when you're doing less sets but DON'T use this to PR. Just do the same weight for 1 or 2 sets. If an 8 rep set becomes a 5 rep set because you just can't put it up anymore whatever you do DO NOT deload to make it an 8 rep set again. You can cut steep or shallow it doesn't matter as long as you eat more protein than normal and keep the weight and intensity up always go to failure unless failure ends up past where it used to be.

Oh right and do the volume consolidation routine change about a week or two before you cut. Just to be sure you're not going into a cut with any kind of lingering recovery deficit.

Start weighing your food too and start counting calories too, count the oil you use in cooking too

I have lost some 3kg so far and my lifts are still same or progressing slightly. I dropped my usual 3 sets to 2, and honestly it feels so much better, i might continue with it after the cut is done.

Same boat anon, you can gain strength and muscle while cutting. Just focus on the caloric deficit and high protein macros.

not if you cut on tren

Bulking with muscle looks good. You can fill your hoodies and look like you lift
>>
>>76699698
As opposed to never being strong? Try refeeding every lifting session or even make it a few days go nuts then hard cut, im getting bigger and stronger losing weight.

Keep your calorie intake but add volume and 40 minutes of cardio a day

you have to lift as heavy while on cutting, but how much bulking is too much bulking? i'd just keep on bulking. look at this 5'8" guy bulking past 220lbs naturally.

I'd add low dose test to keep your gains.

he was blood tested randomly for 6+ months while increasing his size during his bulk. actually proved his innocence. if you go to his youtube and watch him train, you may nod to this (pushes 5 plates each side on hammer incline press, 5 plates on arsenal shoulder press, etc). lifts almost as heavy as andrey smaev.
