Last year I couldn't find a stream for the Olympic for shit. I felt like they locked it down really good. Does anyone know if there's anywhere that we can watch the Olympia this year? I really don't want to pay $74.99 for this shit when I only care about seeing who's the top 4 in the openweight class.

I lift for strength.Anytime I see training footage from bodybuilders it's just so fucking weird, they spam light weight sets for infinity usually nowhere close to failure.I understand off season and pre-contest is different, I understand programming, I understand opting to not do a bunch of lift due to risk and reward. But are the days of people like Ronnie Coleman and Dorian Yates moving big boy weights for sets of 5-8 completely gone? Does everyone just spam machines 24/7?Idk it just seems so fucking gay and that most of the sport lies in what's in the vials vs the training
