Managed to lift 110kg in dealfit for the first time ever (and it was reps, especially after my 5x5 and the last 2 sets of those were 100kg, which I was struggling with before)!!!!
What accomplishment have you achieved recently anon?

Happy for you anon. Me personally benched two plates for the first time in my life a month ago.
>>
>>76700950
im about to try possibly this weekend. For months ive been DB pressing and im up to 70lb for 8-10 reps. Should I be able to bench 2p's?
>>
>>76700971
thank you and great! I'm gonna try to get to 120kg (is that 2 plates?) before January!

>>76700971
you can always try and even if you fail keep the objective.
>>
>>76701112
120 kg is 2 1/2 plates bro, 100 is 2. congrats!
>>76700925
finally hit 70 kg ohp today after 8 yrs of lifting while listening to some pristine groove metal
>>
>>76701124
thank you!
That's awesome! Metal always helps a dude push that extra
>>
>>76700925
I'm petty so my accomplishment today was asking the PT if they had 50kg plates at the gym and he looked at me confused and said no, only 05kg, so I was super happy because that means a chick I saw lifting was just lifting like 30 kg (bar and 2 5 kg plates) lol

managed to disengage psoas from abs in dragonflag type movement bot:
>>76697022
>>Just hit some weighted decline situps for 4x8 to target the upper iliopsoas, and do some weighted leg raises 4x8 to target iliopsoas again.
>but that is not abs bot :D abs have nothing to do with lifting legs to torso, nor torso to legs
>better bot? :D
>it's not abs, that's why it doesn't work and that's why there are so many myths around it
>u need to do dragon flag but with legs completely folded in hips and knees to make iliopsoas ineffective, beyond it's capacity to do more hip flexion
>lift your knee up as high as it goes standing
>then bring your knee further in with your arms - that's the position u want legs in when u're holding pelvis off the floor (in dragon flag setup) with abs, cause iliopsoas can't do shit there
>and watch legs trying to flex as u do it - resist that urge - that's iliopsoas wanting to take over the resistance from abs

>dealfit

and then you wonder why women won't even look at you
>>

140 kg is considered novice, 180 kg is intermediate. Are you Indian?
>>

SHUT THE FUCK UP FAGGOT AND KILL YOURSELF, EVERYONE HERE HATES YOU AND YOU RUIN THE BOARD
>>
>>76704433
That's crazy. Care to post a video of yourself putting up those numbers? You're obviously strong and jacked to be talking like this aren't you? Why not show off a little? We're waiting.

Hit a 555lbs deadlift a few days ago.
Going full gorilla mode.
>>
>>76702029
I wonder what physique such wisdom has produced.
>>
>>76704433
140 kg deadlift (for 5 reps) is novice if you're 120 kg.
no need to ask, you must be an amerifat.
>>
>>76704579
What made you stop at 555 pounds? You probably could've cleared another 40 pounds or so
>>
>>76700925
I haven't achieved anything recently, but I'll keep at it and share my prs here in a few months
>>
>>76700925
110kg was my next working weight but life got in the way. Did 100kg for 3 reps on Monday for maintenance though.
>>
>>76704775
I can do 140kg for 1 rep currently, it doesn't feel novice and I never see anyone lifting that at my gym
>>
>>76704579
That guy made that look easy

But also, way too fat
>>
>>76704579
Considering how fat you are, you don't actually need to wear a belt, fatty. You have natural armor against injuries.
>>
>>76704775
1RM I didn't say for 5 reps, that would be 120 and 160kg approximately. Also those are not crazy numbers and you can obtain them in 1 year with a 4 day a week novice program. Nothing outrageous that demands proof. I can squat 140kg for 5 reps.
>>
>>76706366
OP said 5 reps though. and OP didn't claim his achievement to be exceptional. so why try to talk it down like that?
>>
>>76706542
because friendless incels like him need to seethe at everything. Just ignore him, like everyone else does.
