>>76702225I've found the most important part to be the music I'm listening to. Find some new shit and give it a try instead of listening to your same old boring ass playlist. Or listen to something nostalgic that you haven't heard in a while. I'm currently listening to old anime openings from my childhood that I haven't heard it years and my energy and enjoyment is through the roof.
If I get bored instead of not going I go and do 3 sets of 1 with as heavy weight as I can manage. The workout goes quick, and almost getting killed adds the excitement. Try to be bored under 460 lbs

You’ll feel better after a good workout, and doing it consistently benefits you on both a mental and physical level.
