For me one side has the V the other is just smooth so it looks like a \| instead of a \/. What the fuck is wrong with me?
>one thing women want
>I can’t have it
>>
>>76704405
I got them "on accident", the closest thing I do to working that area is simple straight leg raises, not to the side or anything mind you, regular ass leg raises.
and maybe some flamboyant twirls I like to do on the flor while I'm planking for warm up (which shouldn't really work anything 2bh)
>>
>>76704405
Kickboxing leg raises dragon flags and using the elbow pad as a leg attachment.

Having less fat and doing normal abs heavy before cutting down to where one month of bulking ruins your physique/rehydrates glycogen stores and fat cells.
>>
>>76704413
Interesting. One would think that leg raises are more focused on the six pack than the obliques. Also some plp believe that training the transversus abdominis is the key here but idk if that's a myth.

>using the elbow pad as a leg attachment.
I have no idea what you are meaning with this statement. I assume you are meaning the leg raise equipment. I might be the retard, but I'm picturing everything from doing situps on the thing sideways, to humping the thing in some way. I need a picture or a diagram. hahaha
>>
>>76704405
Leg lifts
Side bends
>>
>>76704405
It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser

They were peeled. That's how they made the lampshades.

Zoomers think training obliques is a sin because of "le wide hips le ruin le aesthetic". Women lose their shit over adonis belt and the little lower belt you get from your hips to your dick when you are lean enough
>t. Sex haver
>>
>>76704405
I always had them, even before I started going to the gym. Maybe there is a way to train that zone but seems like one of those things where genetics matter more, like your wrist.
>>

>zoomers think
Who gives a shit what faggot zoomers think? 90% of their guys are gay
>>
Is ab rollouts, leg raises and wood chops enough? I'm not laying on the floor doing (ass) "wipers"
>>
>eat less
Will not work, anorexics don't have abs and they don't have the Adonis belt that OP wants. Nobody knows how to train it, I got it in my youth with lots of situps and I even learned to flex it. In my opinion, it's part of the hip flexors, but I am not sure.

Keep in mind Greek statues have this area extremely developed. They also have extremely developed obliques and glutes. Their thighs, back and rectus are not very developed, though, so they didn't achieve the look by modern abs, leg or back training. I have no idea what kind of exercise would create this kind of look either, but maybe some pro can re--engineer it.

And some additional info: The Cluny Adam in Notre Dame some centuries after is missing this muscle already, instead having a slight paunch and completely different build than the Greek statues. While we don't know how medieval people exercises exactly, it seemed to be rather similar to antiquity, so there's another puzzle piece that doesn't fit.

>anorexics don't have abs and they don't have the Adonis belt that OP wants
I'm not an anorexic but I kinda got to that point once.
182cm, and the lowest I got to was 61kg, I had really small muscles but you could see every single fucking fiber, and my abs were insane.
I got there by literally eating less, didn't work out at the time.
never had visible obliques though, which makes me think they do require hypertrophy to even begin showing.

heavy deadlifts and squats did it for me.

my entire routine was just:
>squats (not even that often, just enough to get me to 2.5 pl8 for 5-8
>bench, 2 pl8 or there abouts 5-8 reps
>diddly, 3 pl8+ for 10 reps, no compromises
>ohp, 1 pl8 for 5-8 reps
>dips, 10-30 reps bodyweight depending on how heavy i was
>pull ups, 5 sets totalling 25-30 reps spread out over the sets, however it was possible to do
>liu raises
>curls occasionally

i did this split over 2 workouts 3 times a week and cut. took about 2-3 years from left to right but a lot of that was fighting through diet and fitness misinfo.

>Keep in mind Greek statues have this area extremely developed. They also have extremely developed obliques
Isn't the V line thing just obliques + maybe TVA?
>Their thighs, back and rectus are not very developed
Well based on picrel it's clear they didn't squat much (heavy weight), and they did have "abs" IMO it's just that the obliques dominate.
>I have no idea what kind of exercise would create this kind of look
Maybe they trained with something functionally similar to farmer walks? This explains the big calves, upper back (but not lats, not much pulling going on there), big forearms, big obliques...
Like just putting armor on and walking around with it is like wearing a weight vest, and then you have to hold a spear on one hand, maybe a shield on the other.
Lifting your arms while carrying heavy weapons would naturally develop the shoulders.
>>
>>76707698
Mirin forearms bro

heavy diddlys for high reps or static holds off a knee high rack for as long as possible will blow them up in literally 1 month. also increases grip strength big time. i had to do rack pulls and holds to keep up with my diddly going up. grip started lagging behind.

i don't use straps.
>>
>>76704671
Does t make sense you need fat to make soap.

>I dunno how dey got dem obliques
>Statu is holding a javelin
They used to throw heavy shit all the time, not to mention wrestling which requires moving a lot of weight with rotation
>>
>>76708126
But he looks nothing like wrestlers.
And he's not holding a javeling, it's a spear, doryphoros means spear bearer.
But I agree that they were probably throwing things around.

My V-line is uneven. I do bullshido martial arts so I don't even know where to start on fixing. Sad feelings...

every fitness influencer I know say to do mainly cable crunches and hanging leg raises for abs. and you can add russian twists as a bonus for obliques
>>
Its entirely genetic dude. You have to have wide shoulders and narrow hips. If your hips are wide then even if your at 5-6% body fat you will still not have a proper V-taper. The irony of all this is that having narrower hips is actually a disadvantage when it lower body/core strength/balance. Someone with narrower hips is going to be a lot easier to push over than someone with wider hips. Its why when you see people competing in power lifting competitions the winners are always the guys with wider hips who are in "bear" mode instead of "twink" mode.
