>>76705182Reverse grip is fuller rom but just work all angles. Lats are easy to get huge in 1-2yrs as you will have less injuries, rear delts(top of rom pulls) are way harder and will be your bottleneck unless you only want bottom half of rom to way outpace the whole rep.

I never really hit my lats on purpose but when i started doing pullups and chinups the started getting sore. I can hit em with pushups. Did a lot of dumbell oressing and flys yesterday, decline and flat, my lats are sore snd so it front delts for some reason. Didnt even get around to incline press.
