Chest it looks like hes doing machines/hypertrophy mainly, shoulder pain is an issue for natties but you can actually beef your tendons if your collagen synthesis isnt tanked from perma cutting/maintaining as protein synthesis only occurs at a surplus and collagen is protein but requires more than high test 0 estro.
