>>76713913Indeed. Lifting has replaced video games for me as I became older. Today I spent four hours outside but did not engage in any social interactions at all. So I came back home even more depressed....And then I randomly started doing curls on an off day.
It's natural. People are meant to be exercising and in nature every day. Getting exercise makes us less depressed, not getting exercise makes us depressed.

Also, you do have to become comfortable in solitude sometimes. If the sorrow has a direct cause you can use the alone time to figure out a plan. Write your thoughts on paper
