>pain and inconveniences your life in every move you make>doctors aka retards say it doesn't exists and everything is fine
>>76711687youtube "the back guy fixing back exercises" or something along that shit.basically you gotta remember, doctors just treat symptoms.you can either treat pain via AVOIDANCE or OFFENSE. most people choose avoidanceyou need to strengthen your back, you have back pain because your back, posterior chain, hips, and core are weak>weighted back extensions>jefferson curls>RDL>zercher squats>KB swings>KB snatches>windshield wipers>decline crunches>leg raises>STRETCHING/YOGAyou need to strengthen your body dude. i went from having severe back pain that would keep me from walking multiple times a month, to 1 flare up in the past 3 years.you need to change how you exercise.god speed
Child's pose, 5 minutes a day.It works, trust me.
A pain is usually>stop doing retarded things, retardSo, OP, what did you do? Why didn't you tell your doctor about it?
>>76711739I just curled a 40lbs dumbbell but that's irrelevant.
>>76711782>I just curledWell that settles it.
>nerve painIt's muscle pain, not nerve pain. Nerve would be from a bulging/herniated disc, have you done an MRI on the lumbar vertebrae?>>76711706Yep, would also recommend side leg raises as it could be due to the weakness of abductor muscles(primarily the glute medius)It's usually a weakness of lower back Paraspinal muscles, glutes(maximus or medius) or muscle tightness, if there is nothing wrong with the disc
>>76711706>doctors just treat symptomsdoctors connect you to medical interventions that you can pay for. If you've got a symptom that a pharmaceutical product or some surgery or some medical equipment than fix, then the doctor hooks you up.if the doctor can't think of a medical intervention for what you're complaining about, then you get told you're fine and that you should go away (until you're worse enough to justify something really expensive)
I have a screwed up disc in my back, the only thing that helps is staying hydrated, being active (riding my bike) and a good firm mattress. I am constantly moving around and I stretch everyday. If I spend longer than 3-4 hours sitting my back starts to hurt, which makes flights and long car rides a bastard but whatever.
>>76711687ignore doctors always.outside of actual paralysis, rehabilitation can get you back to 85% normality in like 98% of cases.in takes careful work, careful hard work.It takes changing your entire life basically, because recurrent problems exist because of how you live more so than what you do in a single moment. You cannot outlift posture problems. You cannot negate with any positive the other 23 hours of the day you are promoting the problem. No one single stretch or change will fix it, experimentation with potentially hundreds of fixes will give you relief and you have to incorporate many of them and go over them time and time again to find the combination that finally fixes the issue.Tendon modulation alone takes a minimum of 9 months, 9 fucking months and odds are the average person will either give up or stop too early after slight relief.full thoracic wall stretches on the horizontal plane while in the hip flexor position.QL muscle stretches every night.Learn to do the splits to moderate degree (no easier way to rule out hip/leg problems).foam roll back daily.most importantly, all posture problems relate to the thoracic cavity.if you do not correct your thoracic posture, you cannot fix any other posture problem in the body. this is a nervous system response to keep your skull safe. All other factors will give you temporary relief, but for long term posture change you must adjust how your thoracic cavity sits in these positions. So that the chest stops automatically adjusting your posture to maintain homeostasis.once you get the chest to accept the new position, the rest falls into play.
How do I know if I fucked my back to the point of needing a doctor? I can squat 2plt for reps right now but I went and picked up a 40 lb dumbbell in some weird way and now it hurts to walk or be vertical. I’m not in excruciating pain when laying down.
>>76712086If it's a pain that actually hurts and you can barely handle it otherwise muscle pain will take months to heal on it's own.
>>76711687Watch lowerbackability on YouTube. Got a work it out and get blood flow and a pump for healing. Do da baby steps. >L1, L5 herniation and still work out, squatted 325 for 2 today
>>76712178this guy right? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0SWilGwXEBMI don't have back pain now but this is awesome and matches what I've seen elsewhere. Don't want to buy his $400 machine though, I'll see what the gym has.
>>76712086Unfortunately it sounds like you pulled your back muscle.Try to lay down, rest, and also do very slow and gentle "knee to chest" twists.
>>76712300His channel name is LowBackAbility, Brandon backstrom I believe his name is. People talk shit on his broccoli hair but a lot of comments talk about how he helped them not off themselves from constant pain. Of course he has to put a product out to help his journey, he also has straps that you can lock in to a door. I just love this dude so much because I was one of the people about to straight up suicide from back pain. You don't have to buy anything to take his advice and bring it to the gym, most commercial gyms will have back extension machines anyways
>>76712300i think you can do it with a gym ball but have to anchor your legs somehow
