Your body releases hgh as long as youre lifting AND arent too close to maintenance and the window for it is as long as your bones arent fully hardened from being stronger and higher test. Im bodybuilding with <50% powerlifing(low reps high sets denser muscle and more) and fighting wise im way faster and hit way way harder.

Lifting for fighting is way outdated, look at how fast and powerful yoel, rountree, brock, overeem etc are and they look like bodybuilders. Roids also create that kind of muscle, actually getting big like a bidybuilder natty is basically unheard of. If you do happen to get big and slow(you wont) just train powerlifting 80% and the strength gains will come way easier.

You have to go way fuckin past, since to get furthest in size you need to bulk for way too long theres legit benefits. Cutting maybe theres insulin resistance and favorable fat storage from test levels, but the bulk shouldnt go much past when test starts to drop but having room to be at a surplus for so long is its own thing compared to tenporary test ignoring average diet over a week.

Thats easily 200 not even that fat since waterweight scales to muscle and fat and hes carb depleted. What looks like 5lbs of uppe body muscle is more like 15lbs, and going from what looks like 8%bf to 15% would put him at 200 accounting for muscle. Thats why it looks like you actually lose fat dehydrated/carb depleted and people think their diet is doing good and they spin their wheels cutting, dehydrated/carb depleted makes you unhealthy and worse at gaining/losing muscle/fat.

Victim weight is spewed out by people who don't know how to fight, has never been in multiple fights and are sports watchers who see MMA which is an already controlled environment with a controlled set of rules that doesn't apply to real life.
